Order Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email when the order is processed and will receive an additional confirmation email when the order is shipped.
Payment Option: We currently accept Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary in order to make a purchase.
Sales Tax: All orders placed in Canada will be charged 5% GST tax. Residents of Ontario will be charged the 8% provincial sales tax.
Shipping: We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Out-of-Stock Items: We will notify customers immediately in the event that an item is out of stock. Customers will have the option of having the item shipped separately or having their order held for shipping until the product is ready. Items shipped separately will incur additional shipping charges.
